Abstract
This study explores the principles of rehabilitation in Islamic criminal justice, examining
their application in contemporary legal systems. By comparing Islamic and Western
approaches to rehabilitation, the research highlights the unique aspects and effectiveness of
each system. Through secondary data analysis, the study provides insights into how Islamic
rehabilitation principles can be integrated into modern practices to enhance the effectiveness
of criminal justice interventions.
